I am not a graphic designer, but after being invited by UNIMA to design the poster for World Puppetry Day, I entered into an exciting challenge. I realized that this graphic work experience was much like directing a puppet show for me. After the initial idea and consulting with my graphic designer friend, Mohsen Valihi, I created the puppet in mind (a beautiful chick that was to represent the moment just after its birth). I gave the chick many different poses and photographed them all to select one picture from the multitude for the 2018 World Puppetry Day poster. The journey to the final poster is still a pleasurable one for me.
